VMS is not an app you sideload and pray over — it is a managed fleet. Each device enrolls into Star Control at provisioning, receives its site and device assignment, and stays patched, locked and observable for its whole service life.
Change the welcome screen on 200 kiosks before launch.
Configuration pushes over FCM/MQTT or HTTPS poll, lands in a versioned on-device cache, and renders natively. If the network drops, the last good config keeps the lobby running.
