You can scroll over all rooms and get the information about their occupancy, capacity, location directions etc. Also the information which you share can be changed according to your desires.

 

RoomManager Catering  helps employees send their catering orders to the kitchen through the system during the meeting. The orders are dropped to the touch screens in the kitchen for preparation. Administration can track consumption and attend related costs to the departments. Technical requirements can also be informed from the same system.
